Refund Policy

To receive a full refund (minus a $20 admin fee), you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and before starting the course. Please note that LynxPoint Capital is unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by the debit/credit card issuer and refunds will be issued to the paying debit/credit card or Bank Account (depending on the method of payment). There will be no refunds given for students who request a refund outside of these parameters.

It is your responsibility to check that you have adequate computer specifications and a reliable fast internet connection for taking the online courses. Furthermore, you can contact us at [email protected] if you are unsure whether you have the minimum technology requirements prior to purchasing an online course.

Course Contents

You should not purchase the course if you have any doubts about the quality of the contents of the course. You can make an assessment by completing the 'Free' Units prior to purchasing the course.

Course Access

Access to the course will be provided following a successful payment.

Trader Training Career Programme

Payment

Payment in full is required for securing a place in the 4-week trading Programme. The 4-week trading Programme is billed in USD. Payment may be made using a number of accepted debit and credit cards listed during Checkout.

Refund Policy

To be granted a full refund (minus a $20 admin charge) you must contact us at [email protected] at least 10 full business days before the 4-week trading Programme's start date. Please note that LynxPoint Capital is unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by the debit/credit card issuer and refunds will be issued to the paying debit/credit card or Bank Account (depending on the method of payment). There will be no refunds given for students who request a refund outside of these parameters.

Technology

It is your responsibility to check that you have adequate computer specifications and a reliable fast internet connection for taking the 4-week trading Programme (Online). You can make an assessment by accessing any of the free video recordings on our website at High Quality and without buffering.

Course Content

LynxPoint Capital will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the 4-week trading Programme as outlined on the course curriculum. However, LynxPoint Capital reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the content and syllabus of the 4-week trading Programme when necessary.

Course Cancellation

LynxPoint Capital reserves the right to cancel the 4-week trading Programme when necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances or insufficient enrolment. In this instance, all fees paid for the course will be refunded. Cancellation decisions are generally made one month before classes begin, though LynxPoint Capital reserves the right to cancel any class up to the first day.

Essential & Premium Membership

Premium Membership

LynxPoint Capital Essential & Premium Membership is a subscription service with access to content including Live Streams, Recorded Videos and Members Live Chat.

Free Trial

Your Membership may start with a Free Trial. The Trial Period of your membership lasts for 14 calendar days, or as otherwise specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new members to try the service. You will not be billed during the Free Trial.

We will bill your Payment Method for your monthly membership fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the trial period. The first billing date after the trial will be shown during sign up.

Billing Cycle

The Membership fee for our service will be billed on a monthly basis to your debit/credit card on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid membership. In some cases, the timing of your billing may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not been successfully settled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your LynxPoint Capital Membership at any time and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, navigate to 'MY ORDERS' from your profile and click on 'MY SUBSCRIPTION'. Then click on the 'View' button and then click on the 'Cancel' button.

Service Terms

You must be 18 years of age to use the service.

The LynxPoint Capital Membership service and any content viewed through the subscription service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. During your membership, we grant you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the service and view the Live Streams and Recorded videos on a streaming-only basis.

Live Chat Rules

When using the Live Chat Service, users are prohibited from publishing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, hate-inciting, racist or otherwise objectionable content. In case of breach, we reserve the right to delete contributions and block users.

Our Live Streams take place in a Live Trading Floor where real traders are trading live. Due to this, there may occasionally be strong language due to emotional frustration. You should not subscribe to the service if you are easily offended by strong language.

In order to contract with LynxPoint Capital you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid debit or credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. LynxPoint Capital retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email.
